Frequently asked questions
How is my price calculated?
Enter your address and your property is measured from satellite imagery. Each vetted pro's own rates are applied to the work your job needs, so you see your price before you book. Your pro checks it on site before work starts; if the job differs from what was described, the price may be adjusted and you'll be notified.
Who does the work?
Independent local pros vetted by Quote n Go. You choose your pro and see their price before you book.
How do I pay?
Pay in full when you book, or pay a deposit and the rest as your job approaches and once it's completed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund until the first payment is released to your pro. After that, the service fee isn't refundable. See our Terms of Service for details. Terms of service
